Allergens
Do any of your homemade products come into contact with allergens such as nuts, soy, or other common allergens?
Yes, our baked goods may contain or come into contact with allergens such as tree nuts, soy, or dairy during preparation and baking. If you have any allergy concerns, please inform us before placing your order.
Deposits
Is a deposit required for my order?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and must be paid within seven (7) days before the scheduled pickup date.
If the finished product matches the quoted and invoiced details but is not accepted by the Customer, the deposit will remain non-refundable. In this case, the Customer may either pay the remaining balance and collect the product(s) or choose to forfeit them at no additional cost.
Advanced Ordering
How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure the best possible service, we kindly request a minimum notice of 14 days for all orders, as our schedule often books up in advance. However, if availability allows, we will do our best to accommodate shorter notice requests.
For products requested based on a photo or image of another cookie maker’s creation, please note that our version will represent our interpretation of the design and may not be an exact replica of the original.
Delivery
Do you provide shipping, or is local delivery/meet-up an option for receiving my order?
We offer delivery for certain destinations. Delivery is charged at our discretion.
Delivery will be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner. Once delivered to the customer and change of hands has been completed with the product in appropriate condition, it is then up to the customer to store and care for the order as per our instructions. If anything is to happen to the order after this exchange, we are not liable for any damages.
A delivery date and time will be agreed by both parties, and if the customer is not at location at this time and date, and we are not able to contact the customer, the product will be transported back with our premises and it will be the customer’s responsibility to collect the product.
